We offer a complimentary consultation and free management audit so we can understand exactly what services you will require. After our visit to your property, we will prepare a full proposal detailing all the service points and costs to ensure we offer you a service that is bespoke to you and your property.

On appointment, you will be assigned a dedicated Property Manager to be responsible for your development and act as your main point of contact. They will create a tailor-made service for you and provide you with the following:

• Regular communication with leaseholders, property owners and residents.
• Arrange maintenance of buildings and grounds
• Management of contractors, such as cleaners and gardeners
• Out of Hours emergency contact to give you peace of mind
• Management of health and safety matters and security issues
• Management of service charge budgets and other financial matters
• Informing resident of their responsibilities to each other and helping to deal with antisocial behaviour
• Company secretarial services, meetings and reporting

We have achieved ARMA Q status and our procedures are in accordance with the RICS Service Charge Residential Management Code.
